Debra S. Willard age 63 of Toccoa, Ga; passed away on December 27, 2016. She was born on October 17, 1953 , in Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and was a Homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents John T. Usher and Constance Mae Wendling Usher, and brother John Usher. Debra is survived by husband James Willard of Toccoa, Ga; son Jason Robert Dye of Cedar Rapids, IA; son & daughter-in-law, James Michael & Shelly Willard of Hiawassee, GA; son Jason Joshua Willard of Marietta, GA; son Anthony Paul Willard of Pompano Beach, Fl; daughter Rebecca Willard of Toccoa, Ga;10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, sister Sherry Hoffer of Cedar Rapids, IA; sister-in-law Lillian Faye Davis of Lawrenceville, GA. The Family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 pm Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016, at the Funeral Home.
