Deborah Sue Jones Tew born January 21, 1952 in Camden, Arkansas and passed away July 30, 2026 in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

She is survived by her husband David K. Tew and daughter Julia C. Tew both of Lawrenceville, Georgia. 

She is also survived by her parents James H. and Peggy S. Jones of Camden, Arkansas, sisters in law Machelle Jones of El Dorado, Arkansas and Linda Tew of Columbus, Georgia, nephews Jason, Stephen (Bridget), Bryan (Susan), Jacob (Melissa), Caleb (Connie) Jones. neices Terrie (Charlie) Wood, Misti (Brian) Steele, Kelly (Joseph) Galbraith) and Laura Jones. and many grand nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brothers James N. Jones and Richard T. Jones, sister in law Paula Swartz Jones, brothers in law Danny Tew and Christopher Tew.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday August 3, 2026 at McKendree United Methodist Church with Pastor Paula Dallas officiating.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at the church on Monday.
