Dawn Marie Cassidy-Blake, 51, of Dacula, GA; unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, October 18th, 2023. Born in Far Rockaway Queens, NY. She lived in Long Branch, NJ for many years before moving to Dacula, GA. She had a passion for her job as an Operating Room Scheduler at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Northside Hospital Gwinnett, CJSC, Centra State Medical Center, and Monmouth Medical Center, NJ. She graduated from Long Branch High School and studied at Brookdale Community College. She had a love for the New York Giants and later became a superfan of the Atlanta United soccer team.

She was an amazing Mother, Gigi, Daughter, Sister, Titi, Wife, and Stepmother, with an outgoing and bubbly personality.  Dawn was predeceased by her father, Andrew M Cassidy. She is survived by her loving mother Diane Haviland of Long Branch, NJ. Stepmother Sharon Cassidy of Punta Gorda, FL. Husband Dennis Blake of Dacula, GA. Daughter Brianna Delgado (Scotty) of Lawrenceville, GA. Stepchildren Dennis Jr, Todd, Amber, Zayla, and Javier of Neptune, NJ. Her only sibling Chrissy Rodriguez (Ernie) of Neptune, NJ. Her nephews  Louie and Antonio "Tito" Rodriguez (Jose) Neptune, NJ, and niece Vanessa Rodriguez Long Branch, NJ. Granddaughters Londyn and Willow McKenzie of Lawrenceville, GA. As well as a host of friends and colleagues.

Per her wishes, the family will host a memorial service at a later date in New Jersey.
