Dan Florian Gheorghe age 53 of Bethlehem, Georgia passed away Saturday, August 24, 2024. Dan, was a Faithful Husband, an Exceptional Father, Devoted Brother and Uncle, a Loving Friend, and a Hardworking Man. He was born and raised in Bucharest, Romania, as an Orthodox Christian. He loved to travel the world and drove his Mercedes Sprinter Van across the United States logging 762,428 total miles. He could have driven to the moon and back 3 times! He was an avid soccer fan of Dinamo Bucharest: "Caine Pana La Moarte!"

He is survived by his wife Monica Geboiu and his son Luke Damon Geboiu of Bethlehem, Georgia, his brother Serban-Ilie Gheorghe of Birland, Romania, his brother and sister-in-law Constantin & Ileana Gheorghe of Bucharest, Romania, his brother Cristian Gheorghe of Bucharest, Romania, his sister-in-law & brother-in-law Silvia & Ray Buckley of Portland, Oregon, his mother-in-law Carmen Geboiu of Los Angeles, California, and so Many Loving nephews, cousins, nieces, and friends across the United States and Romania.

Funeral Services will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday, August 31, 2024, from the chapel of Byrd and Flanigan Funeral Home with Father George Acsent serving as celebrant.
