Dale Lowery age 59 of Monroe, GA passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017. He was born on January 8, 1958, in Cinncinnatti, Ohio, and was raised in Georgia. He was a Master Commercial Electrician and was preceded in death by his Father Wendall Stacy and his Sister Mary Frances Mauldin. He is survived by his Special Friend -  Robin Buchanan of Loganville, GA, Daughter - Jennifer Link of Gadsden, AL, Granddaughter -  Courtney Ledbetter, Grandson - Owen, Mother - Betty Stacy of Monroe, GA, Brothers - Daryl Lowery of Lawrenceville, GA, Bryan Keith Stacy of Monroe, GA. A celebration of Life service will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Byrd and Flanigan Crematory & Funeral Service, Lawrenceville. with Pastor Douglas Brown officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 11, 2017, from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the family.
