Cynthia Scoggins Rudell age 63 of Lilburn GA; passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents Horace & Kathrine Moore Scoggins, sisters Audrey Crawley, & Patricia Anderson.  She is survived by her sons & daughters-in-law Michael & Heather Rudell, & Matthew & Erica Rudell, granddaughters Sydney Rudell, Charly Rudell, & Ryan Rudell, brother Carl Scoggins, & a host of extended family. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Service Lawrenceville GA with Rev. Richard Waite officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to the Home of Hope at Gwinnett Children's Shelter 3850 Tuggle Rd NE, Buford, GA 30519.
