Christopher Thomas Merrill from Cleveland,GA. Born September 12, 1966 in Massapequa, New York. Passed away January 7, 2022 at the age of 55.  Christopher worked in the printing industry for many years. He loved the outdoors and camping with his dog Steve.  He was a very kind and compassionate person willing to help anybody. He is preceded in death by is mother, Janet Phelps and his older brother Robert (Bobby) Merrill. He is survived by:  his Father and stepmom Robert and Sue Merrill. His son Nicholas Merrill. His sister Lori Jett. His brother David Merrill. His brother and sister-in-law Don and Kelly Merrill.  His brother James Merrill.  His sister and brother-in-law Michelle Meyer and Clint Roberts. His brother and sister-in-law Craig and Rachael Merrill. As well as a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, cousins, friends and his dearly loved dog, Steve. A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday January 15, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Service Lawrenceville GA, with Chris's nephew Justin Stroup officiating.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Atlanta Humane Society.
