Charlotte Jean Smeal age 75 of Monroe, GA went peacefully to be with the Lord on June 9, 2019 at her residence. Born March 24, 1944, she was the daughter of the late William and Helen Crain. On February 14, 1986, she wed Wesley R. Smeal, who survives at home. Also surviving is her son, Ricky A. Domack, her grandchildren, Douglas A. Domack and Ryder A. Domack; and her siblings, Helen Ballock, Margaret Crispell and her husband Pete, Joann Junker, Richard G. Crain and Dorothy Mann. Charlotte was active in the Faith Baptist Church in Monroe, GA. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday June 14, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Faith Baptist Church 1789 Hwy 11 N Monroe, GA 30656.
