Charlotte Louise Brown age 43 of Atlanta, Ga passed away Monday August 12, 2019. She is survived by her parents Ray & Dorothy Brown of Snellville, brother Thomas Brown of Snellville, and several cousins. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
