Bruce Lawrence Richards of Easton, Maryland born on July 16, 1940, passed away on July 30, 2022 in Atlanta, Georgia. He is preceded in death by parents Lawrence and Winifred Richards and great-granddaughter Aubryn Richards. He is survived by wife Judith Richards, brother Norman Richards his wife Marilyn and children Paul and Marc Richards. Bruce's children Brett Richards (Cassandra), Robyn Lashaway (Terry) Marne Richards (Tora), Bart Richards (Cyndi), Raelyn Lagerstrom (Steve).  Grandchildren Cory (Samantha), Kaela (Federico IV), Christopher, Tyler, Jordan, Lennox, Aidan, Luke, Hazel, and Zoran. Great grandchildren Makenzie, Federico V, Kayliana.

Bruce grew up in New Jersey spending summers as a lifeguard at the Jersey shore. He left to attend college at Duke University where he was in the ROTC program. After graduating from Duke University he joined the USAF rising to the rank of Captain, serving in the Vietnam War. Bruce followed with a 30-year career as a commercial pilot with United Airlines where he retired as a Captain. After moving to Easton, Maryland he founded the local chapter of Stephen Ministry at Christ Church and was a devoted volunteer for Talbot County Hospice. Bruce will be forever missed by his family and friends but we can be happy knowing he is with our creator and we will see him again one day!
