Brittany came into this world with every odd stacked against her, she lived life with all odds stacked against her.  Overcoming adversity was sort of a specialty of hers.  She lived life on her terms and loved unconditionally. She is survived by Michael Smith and her son Kayne. Mother and Father James and Charmayne Scruggs along with many siblings.  She was truly loved and will always be missed.
