Brenda Stewart, 74, wife of David O'Brian Stewart, passed away Saturday, June 21, 2025. Born in Atlanta, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Paul T. and Christine Johnson Stephens, and was preceded in death by her brother-in-law John Chaffin. Brenda was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church, and she worked as a school bus driver for Gwinnett County School District.

Survivors include her husband of fifty-five years David O'Brian Stewart daughters Crystal S. Wimberly (Lance), and Amanda S. Jakubowski; grandsons: Austin and Avery Wimberly. Sister: Jane Chaffin, Brother: Gene Stephens (Portia), several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2025 10:30 to 11:45 am at Byrd & Flanigan Funeral Service, with the funeral service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 12:00 noon with Rev. Kenny Kuykendall officiating. Burial will follow at Green Lawn Cemetery, Roswell, GA.
