Blanca Lidia Leon age 92 0f Suwanee, Georgia passed away Monday September 11, 2023. She was a native of Havana, Cuba and was preceded in death by her husband Homer Leon, parents Julio & Amelia Hernandez Mendez and by her siblings Julio, Josephina and Teresa. She was a Christian and was of the Methodist faith, A loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother she was a seamstress for over 50 years. She is survived by her son Homero Leon of Covington, Georgia, daughter & son in law Amelia Leon & Robert Haberling of Suwanee, Georgia, grandchildren Bruce Dean Zamora & Mayumi Zamora, Arsidez Leon, Alejandro Leon, great grandchildren Sophia Zamora, Hiram Zamora. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday September 16, 2023 from the chapel of Byrd and Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor Jean Anderson officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday September 16, 2023 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at the funeral home.
