Billy Robert Walker Sr. age 73 of Athens, Ga passed away Wednesday May 5, 2021. He served in the U. S. Marines and was in the HVAC industry for 45 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Sue Walker, son Darrell Walker and daughter Michelle Walker. He is survived by his sons & daughters in law Billy Robert Jr. & Angela Walker of Athens, Larry & Rachel Walker of Gillsville, daughters & son in law Tina & Howard Truman of Dacula, Tammy Reynolds & significant other Tim Truman of Snellville, Connie Walker of Crawford, step sons Michael Lancaster and Mark Lancaster both of Oakwood, grandchildren Christina, Angeleah, Abree, Brittany, AJ, Patrick, Brenda, Cody, Katelyn,Mackenna and Brayden, great grandchildren Vayda, Rowen, Talon, Taylor, Sophia, Kenzie, Keaton, Tarek and Moriah. brother & sister in law Ricky & Velvet Clark of Gainesville, sisters & brother in law Cindy & Ricky Smith of Lula, Judy Thompson of Gainesville, Martha Saunders of Gainesville. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday May 8, 2021 from the chapel of Byrd and Flanigan Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Chandler officiating.
