Betty Dudley Willamson of Winder, Georgia, and Lake Burton passed away on September 22, 2022. Born on November 30, 1930, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, James Westwood Williamson Jr. She is survived by her children, James Williamson, III and his wife Laura; Jeanne Williamson Mitchell, and her husband Greg; grandson, James Williamson, IV, and his wife Olivia; granddaughter, Victoria Mitchell Brown; and grandson, Peyton Mitchell; 3 great-grandchildren Vraja, and Rupa Williamson, and Reagan Brown; a brother William (Bill) Dudley, and wife, Pam; many wonderful nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Betty was a member of the Clayton Women's Club, Mountain Ivy Garden Club, the Local Hospital Auxiliary, and a member of the Tuesday, and Thursday Bridge Club. Mrs. Williamson was a member of the Clayton Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations may be made to the Mountain Ivy Garden Club, at P.O. Box 3, Tiger, GA 30576 in memory of Betty Williamson of Lake Burton.  A private interment service will be held at Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs GA.
