Anthony Franklin Edwards age 58 of Buford, Ga passed away Thursday November 12, 2020. Mr. Edwards was preceded in death by his father George William Edwards Sr. and his brother Reginald E. Hayes, he was a loving son, brother and uncle, He had lived in Memphis, TN for 45 years before moving to the Atlanta area in 1996. He was the Owner and Real Estate Broker with Edwards Properties in Buckhead, and member of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church in Norcross. He is survived by his mother Fannie Geraldine Edwards of Buford, brother George William Edwards Jr. of Buford, sisters & brothers in law Pamela D. Ellis & significant other Frank Pegues of Riverdale, Tina Edwards Blackmon & Irving Blackmon of Lawrenceville, nieces C. Dawn & D'Andre Martin of Atlanta, Trinity Ann Jackson of Lawrenceville, great grand nephew Langston Martin of Atlanta, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends in the Memphis area. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4:00 pm Wednesday November 18, 2020 from the Chapel of Byrd and Flanigan Funeral Home.
