Andres Maria Rubio Salazar, age 76 of Lawrenceville, GA was called home on April 5th, 2026. Born on October 17th, 1949 in Carupano, Venezuela, he was the son of Carlos and Rafaela Rubio and brother of Jose Rubio, all whom preceded him in death.

He is survived by his siblings Carmen, Evelio, Ricardo, Cecilia and Carlos; he is also survived by his children: Mariand, Andres Eloy, Andres Armando, Andreina and Andrea, and his grandchildren Walker, Adriana, Marco, and Erick.

Andres lived freely, unapologetically with his cuatro in hand enjoying life, and not following a fixed path….and that was him. A man who lived life his way.

Relatives and friends are welcome to attend a Mass celebrating his life at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 319 Grayson Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, on Wednesday, April 29th at 12:00 pm, with a reception to follow starting at 1:45 pm at Smoke and Friends - Carne en Vara, 755 Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd.
