Joseph Bernard Flanagan IV age 76 of Lithonia, GA passed away May 21, 2018. A Native of New York He was a member and deacon of the 1st Presbyterian Church in Oceanside, NY. He was employeed by TWA for many years, after moving to Georgia in 1990 he was the owner and operator of Heroe's trading, a supplier of Tropical Fish in Lithonia, GA. He is survived by his Son & Daughter In Law - Joseph B. & Kim Flanagan V of Tega Cay, SC, Daughter - Heather Flanagan of Vashon, Wa, Grandchildren - Joseph B. Flanagan VI of Tega Cay, SC, Rebecca Flanagan of Tega Cay, SC. No services are planned at this time.
