Jennifer M. Mott age 43 of Woodstock, GA; passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2017. Jennifer is preceded in death by her father W. Gary Moody in 2013; She is survived by her mother, R. Diann Moody, and brothers, W. Gary Moody, II and James A. If you are traveling from Atlanta:

I-75N to I-575N toward Blue Ridge.
I-575 changes into I-515N.
Turn L on Hwy. 60 toward Mineral Bluff.
Stay straight on 60 thru the little town of Mineral Bluff.
After you pass thru Mineral Bluff, stay straight for approx. 3.5 miles to Salem Rd. and turn R.
Follow Salem Rd. approx. 2 miles and Salem Baptist Church #2 will be on your Left.
