Elbert Eugene  Montgomery age 81 of Auburn, GA passed away on October 11, 2017. He was a member of Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Auburn, GA and was a handy man in carpentry, plumbing and electrical work, and jack of all trades always willing to help family and friends. He is survived by his wife Marjorie Montgomery of Auburn, GA, Son Steven Montgomery of Berry Creek, California, Daughter Christal Allen of McDonough GA; ; Grandchildren Lacey Ray of Athens GA, Rose Wilson of Sunnyvale, California,  Sean Montgomery of  Carmichael, California ; Great Grandsons Benjamin, Hagan, and Parker Ray all of Athens, GA ; Sisters Frances Barker of Duluth, GA ; Mildred Franklin, Evelyn Gilbert both of Lawrenceville, GA ; Several Nieces and Nephews. Memorial Services will be held Saturday October 14, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Grace Missionary Baptist Church 1700 Atlanta Hwy Auburn, Ga 30011 with Rev. Rob Ballard officiating.
